I’m Patrick Wolff, a financial analyst, chess grandmaster, and lifelong democrat. I’m running for California Insurance Commissioner to bring fairness, transparency, and reform to our broken insurance system.
The Insurance Commissioner race has been historically overlooked. But this year, California’s insurance crisis makes the Insurance Commissioner election incredibly important, and something that deserves our time and attention. I am therefore asking for a NO ENDORSEMENT at the February Democratic Convention, so voters can benefit from the attention and information that only a robustly contested election can provide.
If you want to learn more about my plan, please read it on the dedicated tab of this website or read one of my Op-Eds in OC Register or San Francisco Standard.
If you’re interested in meeting, please feel free to email me some times and dates you might be free. You can also call or text me at +1 (415) 652-1403, I’d really value the opportunity to connect.
To prove my point, I’ve been sharing my plan to fix the insurance crisis around the state in person. You can follow my Instagram or TikTok account to see me travel the state of California inviting regular citizens to chess matches. If I lose, I will pay a month of their insurance, but I haven’t lost yet and I won’t lose to big insurance companies either.
